For technical reasons, the charges for supplementary services that you have requested from Deutsche Messe cannot be invoiced until approximately 8 weeks after the end of the exhibition. We therefore request that you make an advance payment for the expected costs.

The invoice for this advance payment will be sent to you by Deutsche Messe at the beginning of August. Advance payment is required for the following items: electricity consumption, gas consumption, water consumption, telephone connection, telephone charges, complimentary tickets, exhibitor passes. This list does not claim to be complete.

The advance payment for supplementary services is not a flat-rate payment. A special invoice will be issued covering the delivery and services actually utilised. The final sum will be offset against the advance payment in the final account.

It is not possible to offset the advance payment for supplementary services against stand rental.

Advance payment for supplementary services does not apply to services performed by third parties. Please note that services will only be provided after the deposit has been received.
