Our service only includes the respective cylinders or bundles. Accessories such as pressure reducers, adapters, hoses, etc. are not included and must be provided by the customer in a suitable version.

1. Scope of services
Deutsche Messe supplies the customer with technical gases filled in cylinders or cylinder bundles (hereinafter collectively referred to as "technical gases") as ordered, as well as delivery to the exhibition stand and collection of the containers. The delivery and collection of technical gases is subject to a separate charge."Self-collection" is not possible.
The contracting party of the customer is exclusively Deutsche Messe, which uses service partners to provide the ordered service.

2. Ordering
Technical gases are ordered in the EuroBLECH shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these order conditions in all points. Conflicting or different terms and conditions of the client are not accepted. As part of the order, the client specifies the desired delivery date ("delivery request") or orders the service "on demand". Once the order has been placed, the client receives a confirmation of receipt of the order. This is not yet an order confirmation. 
The order is first checked for capacity and feasibility in terms of time.

3. Conclusion of contract
The contract for the delivery of the ordered technical gases only becomes legally effective with the order confirmation sent by Deutsche Messe. The order confirmation states the delivery date or the indication "on demand".

4.Deadlines
Please note that the complete order must be received by Deutsche Messe no later than 10. September 2024. Later requests will only be processed subject to the ability to deliver. Services that go beyond those listed in the shop must be requested by e-mail to services@messe.de by 01.09.2024. If delivery is possible, the order will be placed with Deutsche Messe.

5. Lead time for delivery request "on demand" and for return collection
Delivery to and collection at the fairground requires a lead time of at least 4 hours. The call-off can only be registered with Schenker, the service provider used by Deutsche Messe, between 7 am and 5 pm.
If the customer requests a priority delivery or priority collection with a lead time of less than 4 hours, Deutsche Messe is entitled to charge a surcharge (see Section 14) and a surcharge of 25% will be payable.

6 Delivery and collection times
During the event, delivery and collection will take place between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. on the following day, even if a preferred date is specified. Delivery or collection during the event during the day is not possible.
Please contact Schenker in advance to arrange your desired date for the collection of empties.

7. Basic information 
Keeping cylinders on the stand area: For safety reasons, only the smallest possible quantity of technical gases may be kept on the stand area. The quantity for the daily requirement applies as a guideline here.

8. Cooperation obligations of the exhibitor
The technical gases will be provided on the delivery date specified by the exhibitor in the order (subject to availability and order before the order deadline). The stand area must be occupied by this date by a contact person who will accept the delivery.
In individual cases, a feasibility check may be required for a fee prior to execution of the service. In these cases, the requested service will be carried out after separate confirmation of the customer's assumption of costs. The execution approved by Deutsche Messe relates in each case exclusively to the hall, stand number and event specified. Transferability to other areas or events is excluded.

Documents to be submitted
In order to process the order, information from the customer is required, which must be provided on the request form. Processing of the order is possible only if all necessary information is provided.

9. Invoicing
Invoicing is carried out exclusively with the exhibitor for whose stand area the service was ordered. The basis for invoicing is the delivery bill signed by the exhibitor, the stand construction company, or another authorized representative of the exhibitor. The cost of services will be invoiced by Deutsche Messe in the ancillary costs statement after the end of the event.

10. Early Termination of the contract
The order can be canceled free of charge up to 10 days before the desired delivery date specified in the order. Cancellation free of charge for delivery requests "on demand" is possible up to 10 days before the start of the event. Early termination of the contract after this date is not possible; the ordered service will be invoiced in full.
Cancellations must be made in writing.

11. Liability of the client
The client is responsible for the proper handling of the materials (containers/bottles) provided on loan or hire. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear or loss, the client shall be liable for compensation regardless of fault. The client is responsible for the correctness of the information as the basis for the order confirmation.

12. Liability of Deutsche MesseDeutsche Messe shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Deutsche Messe, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.

In the event of damage caused by slight negligence on the part of Deutsche Messe, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability of Deutsche Messe is excluded. This applies irrespective of the legal nature of the claim asserted and, in particular, to claims for damages upon conclusion of the contract, for other breaches of duty, or for tortious claims for compensation for property damage or other financial loss.

However, the exclusion of liability shall not apply in the event of a breach of such obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the Client may regularly rely (material contractual obligation). In this case, liability shall be limited to such damages as may typically be expected to occur within the scope of the subject matter of the contract.

13. Written form, statute of limitations, place of jurisdiction
All claims of the customer against Deutsche Messe AG must be asserted in writing. They shall become statute-barred within 12 months, commencing at the end of the year in which they arose.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Hanover. However, Deutsche Messe AG is at liberty to assert its claims before the court of the place where the customer has its registered office.

Priority surcharge for logistics costs
In order to meet the order deadlines, please note that a priority surcharge of 25% will be levied on the logistics costs if the lead time for delivery is less than 4 hours before the delivery date is received by our delivery/return partner Schenker.
